Puller Place Copy's AI Transparency Statement
Effective Date: May 30, 2025
You might be wondering if I use AI tools when writing copy. Here's my approach.
I specialize in Empowerment-First messaging that's original and authentic to your voice. I maintain the role of primary creator and writer, doing the strategic thinking, audience analysis, and writing and crafting myself.
I do use AI as an assistant to enhance efficiency and process depth. For example, I might use AI to:
-
Create outlines, planning tools, and other structure-building documents
-
Brainstorm creative concepts
-
Proofread for grammar and clarity (with all business names and identifiers removed)
-
Role-play as an ideal customer to test messaging effectiveness
-
Learn and apply emerging best practices in Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) to strengthen content visibility in AI-driven search tools like ChatGPT
While AI tools can enhance productivity and nuance, the relationship between AI and creative copyright law is still unfolding. AI tools are trained on massive amounts of publicly available (and not always permissioned) content. That's why I place high value on crafting original ideas, respecting your intellectual property, and staying mindful of the gray areas.
As a Registered and Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT), I bring more than creativity to my work. I bring a strong foundation in thoughtful, ethical decision-making. In OT, we’re trained to think critically, protect client information, and prioritize both accuracy and evidence-based reasoning in everything we do. I bring that same ethical mindset into my copywriting practice. I verify, cross-reference, and take care to ensure your copy reflects clarity, credibility, and original thinking, especially when working with tools like AI or handling nuanced messaging and sensitive brand materials.
Any confidential business information you share will never be input into AI tools without your explicit approval. When I do use AI for draft review or editing assistance, all identifying information is removed first. If you prefer that I not use AI tools at all for your project, that preference will be completely honored.
Bottom line: Your copy will always be original, strategically crafted, and held to the same ethical standards I maintain as a registered and licensed healthcare professional.
